You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, open the Aurself app and navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also submit a deletion request via email to support@aurself.com. All personal data, including journal entries and test results, will be permanently removed within a reasonable time.

Account
Download the Aurself app from the App Store or Google Play, open it, and tap 'Sign Up.' You can register using your email address. Once registered, your account and public profile are created automatically.
You can permanently delete your account directly within the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data — including journal entries and test results — will be permanently removed from our servers. Note that account deletion also terminates any active subscription without a refund.
On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder. For further help, contact us at support@aurself.com.
Open the app and go to your Profile tab. Tap 'Edit Profile' to update your username, display name, avatar, or bio. Changes are saved immediately and reflected on your public profile.
Privacy & Data
Yes. By default, all journal entries are private and visible only to you. You can optionally make them visible on your public profile through Settings → Privacy. You can toggle this preference at any time.
No. The Application does not use third-party Artificial Intelligence technologies to process your personal data.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store account. On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Aurself. On Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Aurself. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the App Store or Google Play Store. Aurself does not issue refunds for subscription periods directly. For Apple refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google refunds: play.google.com/store/account.
The free tier includes access to daily quotes, basic character insights, and core app features. A Premium subscription unlocks deep psychological analysis, advanced profile features, and more.
Technical
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, ensure your device OS and the Aurself app are up to date. A stable internet connection is required for most features. If you still experience issues, contact us at support@aurself.com with a description of the problem and your device model and OS version.
Aurself is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) via the Apple App Store and on Android devices via the Google Play Store.
